Join conditions

Medical institutions legally established within the territory of the People's Republic of China may apply to join the National Telemedicine Center with the approval of the local health administrative department. The applicant unit submits the application materials, and after being reviewed and approved by the National Telemedicine Center, it is authorized to list and officially operate, and can carry out various telemedicine services within the system of the National Telemedicine Center. Among them, the medical institutions in Henan Province will be named uniformly under the guidance of the Henan Provincial Health Commission after joining.
The medical institution applying for the telemedicine service must meet the following conditions, including: including:

The medical institution has the professional qualification of medical institution recognized by the state.

The medical institution has opened a dedicated optical fiber line to the National Telemedicine Center with a bandwidth of not less than 10M.

The medical institution is equipped with professional remote video equipment and can be connected with the remote video platform of the National Telemedicine Center.
