The center is located in the Central Plains, adhering to the development concept of "based on Henan, serving the whole country, and going to the world", it has built an "international-country-province-city-county-township-village" seven-level linkage, data exchange and video conference dual-driven remote medical service system. By the end of 2020, the system covers 73 tertiary hospitals, 277 secondary hospitals, and 687 first-level hospitals in Henan Province; 65 hospitals in other provinces including Xinjiang, Shanxi, Sichuan, Hebei, Tianjin, Shandong, Hunan, Hubei, and Fujian are connected to Henan Province.
